Howdy, Folks!

The next Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 28th 2010, pot luck at 6:30 pm, meeting starts around 7 pm, 12825 Jingle La in Silver Spring, MD 20909.  Agenda TBD. WE NEED YOU!  The retreat will be held Fri-Sun Mat 7-9 at a registration fee of $98, the same price as last year.  If you can’t make it to the meeting and still want to participate, just look at our website (here) at www.happydeatinyretreat.net and click on “Contact Us”. Send us a note that you want to help and we will contact you as to when our next committee meeting will be. We usually meet once a month until we get a little closer to the retreat.

Among the items discussed at the last committee meeting were the T-shirt logos, the menu, flyer distribution, this website, outreach and hospitality. 

Please note that some users have not been able to access the website.  So if you can get in and someone you know can't let them know that the alternate web site (with less information but it does contain the downloadable registration form) is  http://hdretreat.angelfire.com .  This is beyond our control - there are 2 widely used ISPs that have made some recent changes to their configurations and are working on the issue.  Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon.
